(a) As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires or unless otherwise specifically noted:

(i) 'State superintendent' means the state superintendent of public instruction;

(ii) 'State board' means the state board of education;

(iii) Repealed by Laws 2015, ch. 30, § 4.
