Chapter 11

State of Emergency

Section 1. Authority and Statement of Purpose. These Board Rules are adopted to implement the Board's authority to establish standards governing the delivery of additional services under Wyoming Statute 33-45-106 (a)(ii)(F).

Section 2. Provisions of Additional Services.

(a) During the duration of a state of emergency declared by the Governor of the State of Wyoming, anyone licensed by the Board may perform additional services under Wyoming Statute 33-45-102 (a)(vi) provided:

1. (i) The licensee has the education and training to perform the duties requested of them in safe and competent manner;
2. (ii) The licensee notifies and has written permission from their Board approved supervisor to provide additional services; and
3. (iii) The licensee receives the proper supervision as required in W.S. 33-45-107 (b).
