CHAPTER 1

General Provisions

Section 1. Authority. These rules are promulgated by the authority of House Enrolled Act No. 46, enacted during the 2024 Budget Session of the Wyoming Legislature.

Section 2. Purpose. These rules are intended to create the procedure for administration of the Forensic Genetic Genealogy pilot program. They also define the duties and obligations of each agency and office that may become involved in the process.
