CHAPTER IX

REPORTS

Section 1. Annual Report. The Division shall make an annual report to the governor and the Legislature. The report shall include:

1. (a) The total number of claims filed against participating local governments and their public employers under this act;
2. (b) The number and amount of claims settled;
3. (c) The cost of legal fees and adjuster's fees for handling of claims;
4. (d) The number and amount of final judgments paid;
5. (e) The number of claims pending and the reserves set aside for each pending claim;
6. (f) The types and cost of insurance coverages procured as authorized under this act;
7. (g) Amounts advanced under W.S. 1-42-104 (a);
8. (h) The number of local governments participating in the program and the amount of assessments paid into the account by each.
