Uniform Procedures, Fees, Costs, and Charges for Inspection, Copying, and Producing Public Records

Section 1. Purpose and Authority. The Secretary of State adopts the Department of Administration and Information's uniform rule pertaining to procedures, fees, costs, and charges for inspecting, copying, and producing public records pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 16-3-103(j)(ii).
