§ 61-8F-7

W. Va. Code § 61-8F-7

Effective dates.

  1. (a) This section and the provisions of §61-8F-1, §61-8F-2, and §61-8F-6 of this article shall be effective from passage.
  2. (b) The provisions of §61-8F-3, §61-8F-4, and §61-8F-5 shall be effective July 1, 2022.
