W. Va. Code § 60A-5-503 – Injunctions. | Midpage- (a) The courts of record of this state have and may exercise jurisdiction to restrain or enjoin violations of this act.
- (b) The defendant may demand trial by jury for an alleged violation of an injunction or restraining order under this section.
