W. Va. Code § 4-14-2

Definitions.

As used in this article:

  1. (1) "Agency" means each agency, authority, board, committee, commission or division of the Department of Transportation;
  2. (2) "Commission" means the Legislative Oversight Commission on Transportation Accountability; and
  3. (3) "Department" means the Department of Transportation.
