W. Va. Code § 4-13A-4 – Quorum; meetings. | Midpage- (a) A simple majority of the members serving on the board at a given time constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
- (b) Meetings shall be held in accordance with the provisions of §6-9A-1 et seq., of this code.
