W. Va. Code § 30-4-13

Board authorizations shall be displayed.

  1. (a) The board shall prescribe the form for a board authorization, and may issue a duplicate upon payment of a fee.
  2. (b) Any person regulated by this article shall conspicuously display his or her board authorization at his or her principal place of practice.
