W. Va. Code § 30-30-23

Display of license.

  1. (a) The board shall prescribe the form for a license and permit, and may issue a duplicate license or permit upon payment of a fee.
  2. (b) Any person regulated by the article shall conspicuously display his or her license or permit at his or her principal business location.
