W. Va. Code § 30-21-7c

Eligibility for licensed school psychologist independent practitioner.

  1. (1) Such applicants shall meet all the minimum requirements for eligibility as a licensed school psychologist;
  2. (2) Complete an additional two years of board approved supervision by a licensed school psychologist; and
  3. (3) Pass an oral examination conducted by the board.
