W. Va. Code § 30-10-18

Display of license, permit, registration and certificate.

  1. (a) The board shall prescribe the form for a license, permit, registration and certificate and may issue a duplicate upon payment of a fee.
  2. (b) Any person regulated by this article shall conspicuously display his or her license, permit, registration or certification at his or her principal business location.
