As used in this article, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning, the term:

1. (a) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Division of Corrections;
2. (b) "Division" means Division of Corrections; and
3. (c) "Eligible offender" means eligible offender as defined in section four of this article.
