W. Va. Code § 23-5A-4

State employees to accrue increment pay during absence due to work-related injuries; legislative rules.

  1. (a) All employees of the State of West Virginia shall continue to accrue increment pay during absences from work due to a work-related compensable injury.
  2. (b) The director of the Division of Personnel shall propose rules for legislative approval to implement the provisions of this section.
