1. (1) Individuals shall be deemed to have the necessary training to conduct inspections under s. 323.60 (7m) (a), Stats., who have completed a division approved course in all of the following:

   1. (a) Requirements of s. 323.60, Stats., and any implementing rules.
   2. (b) Methods and procedures of conducting inspections.
   3. (c) First responder awareness.
2. (2) The division shall, at least annually, publish a list of courses which the division has approved as meeting the training requirements of this section.
