Wis. Admin. Code § Trans 5.02

Definitions.

(1) “Department” means the department of transportation.
(2) “FHWA” means the federal highway administration.
(3) “Van” means a passenger vehicle with a capacity for 8 to 15 persons.
(4) “Ridesharing” has the same meaning as defined in s. 85.24, Stats.
