Wis. Admin. Code § Trans 305.37 – Applicability of subch. II.

(1) The following sections of subch. II apply to all motorcycles:
1. (a) Section Trans 305.17, brakes, except as otherwise provided in s. Trans 305.38.
2. (b) Section Trans 305.23, frames.
3. (c) Section Trans 305.28, speed indicator and odometer.
4. (d) Section Trans 305.30, tires, wheels and rims.
(2) Section Trans 305.35 applies to type 2 motorcycles.
