1. (1) All registration plate lamps, wiring and connections shall be maintained in proper working condition and in conformity with this section and s. 347.13 (3) and (4), Stats.
2. (2) The registration plate lamp shall be so constructed and placed as to prevent light from the lamp shining away from the vehicle.
