(1) A fulfillment house permit issued under s. 125.23, Stats., shall be separately applied for and issued for each location from which wine will be shipped into this state.
(2) The report submitted by a fulfillment house pursuant to s. 125.23 (5), Stats., shall be filed electronically with the division in the manner prescribed by the division.
