1. (1) Improper burning. No person may burn or cause to be burned in the open air or within any building rubbish, garbage, or any combustible material without a permit from the chief of police except in waste burners constructed and operated in accordance with current acceptability standards.
2. (2) No smoking violation. No person may smoke in any place where a ‘‘No Smoking” sign is posted. Smoking means and include the carrying of a lighted pipe, cigarette, cigar, or tobacco in any form.
