Wis. Admin. Code § REEB 23.04 – Change of form of business organization.

(1) Application. A licensed broker business entity who intends to conduct business under a different business type, shall apply for a new license. Upon payment of the fee specified in s. 440.05 (1), Stats., the board shall issue to the applicant a license under the new business type.
(2) New license required. A broker business entity shall not engage in real estate activities under a different business type until a new license is issued.
