1. (1) Authorization. A license issued under this section authorizes an individual to work as a gifted and talented program coordinator if the individual does not otherwise have a valid license under subch. VI or VII.

2. (2) Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue a gifted and talented program coordinator license under this section to an applicant who meets all of the following requirements:

   1. (a) Has a bachelor’s degree.
   2. (b) Completed an approved program in this administrative area and received an institutional endorsement for the license sought.
