Wis. Admin. Code § PI 34.061 – School psychologist.

(1) Authorization. A license issued under this section authorizes an individual to work as a school psychologist.
(2) Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue a school psychologist license under this section to an applicant who meets all of the following requirements:
1. (a) The applicant meets all of the requirements under s. PI 34.058.
2. (b) The approved program under s. PI 34.058 (1) results in a doctor of philosophy, doctor of psychology, doctor of education, education specialist degree, or the equivalent, as determined by the institution and approved by the state superintendent.
