A tier I license is subject to all of the following:

1. (1) Except as provided in ss. PI 34.033, 34.036, and 34.038, an individual may not have a tier I license in special education for more than 3 years.

   Note: Section PI 34.038 was repealed by CR 21-010.

2. (2) A school employing a tier I license holder in special education shall meet the requirements under 34 CFR 300.156 (c).
