In this chapter:

1. (1) “Entity” means one of the following or a consortium of the following:

   1. (a) CESA.
   2. (b) Community-based organization.
   3. (c) Institution.
   4. (d) Non-profit organization.
   5. (e) Private enterprise.
   6. (f) School.
   7. (g) School district.
2. (2) “SCD” means a subunit of an institution, such as a school, college, division, or department, which is responsible for overseeing the institution’s educator preparation programs.
