In this subchapter:

1. (1) “Institution” means one or more accredited colleges or universities offering an educator preparation program.
2. (2) “Student” means an individual enrolled in an educator preparation program.

3. (3) “Entity” means one of the following or a consortium of the following:

   1. (a) CESA.
   2. (b) Community-based organization.
   3. (c) Institution.
   4. (d) Non-profit organization.
   5. (e) Private enterprise.
   6. (f) School.
   7. (g) School district.
