Wis. Admin. Code § JC 4.04 – Report to commission.

(1) The executive director shall report to the commission on the status of all pending requests for investigation at each regular meeting.
(2) The executive director shall prepare a report of each investigation made, which shall be given or mailed to each commission member participating in the matter.
