Students shall attend all of the required hours and receive all the required contents before a certificate of prelicensing education may be granted for satisfying any of the requirements in s. Ins 26.04. Noncredit classroom programs may make arrangements for make-up classes covering the same material as the class missed to enable students to meet the educational requirements. All prelicensing requirements must be completed prior to taking the licensing examination.
