Parties subject to s. 111.70 (4) (cm), Stats., shall, upon request, provide the commission with information the commission deems necessary to meet its statutory responsibilities to report on the operation of the arbitration law under s. 111.70 (4) (cm), Stats., and on its effect on collective bargaining in the state.
