This chapter governs the general procedure relating to fact-finding in municipal employment under s. 111.70 (4) (c) 3, Stats., involving municipal employees who are engaged in law enforcement and fire fighting functions in cities, villages or towns having a population of less than 2500 as determined by the most recent regular or special federal census.
