This chapter governs the general procedure relating to mediation of labor disputes under s. 111.70 (4) (c) 1. and (cm) 3., Stats., involving collective bargaining units of municipal employees or units of supervisory law enforcement or supervisory fire fighter personnel of a municipal employer.
