In this chapter:

1. (1) “Student identification card” means a document or card that satisfies all of the following:

   1. (a) Is unexpired.
   2. (b) Contains the date of issuance.
   3. (c) Contains the name of the student to whom it is issued.
   4. (d) Contains the signature of the student to whom it is issued.
   5. (e) Contains a photograph that reasonably resembles the student to whom it is issued.
   6. (f) Contains an expiration date indicating that the card expires no later than 2 years after the date of issuance.
   7. (g) Is issued to a student who establishes that the student is enrolled at the college that issued the card on the date that the card is presented.
2. (2) “Technical college” means a college that is a member of and governed by the Wisconsin technical college system.
