1. (1) This section applies to secured residential care centers for children and youth located in a portion of a secure juvenile detention facility or a Type 1 juvenile correctional facility under s. 301.37 (1m), Stats.

2. (2) A secured residential care center for children and youth may share any of the following areas with a secure juvenile detention facility or a Type 1 juvenile correctional facility:

   1. (a) Receiving room.
   2. (b) Holding room.
   3. (c) Healthcare space.
   4. (d) Receiving space.
   5. (e) Visitation space.

3. (3) With the exception of special events, a secured residential care center for children and youth may share, but not concurrently use, any of the following areas in a secure juvenile detention facility or a Type 1 juvenile correctional facility:

   1. (a) Multipurpose room.
   2. (b) Classroom space.
   3. (c) Quiet space.
   4. (d) Indoor recreation space.
   5. (e) Outdoor recreation space.
   6. (f) Cafeteria or common space for meals.
   7. (g) Food service space under s. DOC 347.10 (12) when used for programming.
4. (4) A secured residential care center for children and youth shall not share youth housing with a secure juvenile detention facility or a Type 1 juvenile correctional facility.
