1. (1) A secure youth detention facility may share any of the following areas with a secured residential care center for children and youth:

   1. (a) Receiving room.
   2. (b) Holding room.
   3. (c) Healthcare space.
   4. (d) Receiving space.
   5. (e) Visitation space.

2. (2) With the exception of special events, a secure youth detention facility may share, but not concurrently use, any of the following areas with a secured residential care center for children and youth:

   1. (a) Multipurpose room.
   2. (b) Classroom space.
   3. (c) Quiet space.
   4. (d) Indoor recreation space.
   5. (e) Outdoor recreation space.
   6. (f) Cafeteria or common space for meals.
   7. (g) Food service space under s. DOC 346.09 (12) when used for programming.
3. (3) A secure youth detention facility shall not share youth housing with a secured residential care center for children and youth.
