1. (1) Each institution shall maintain and make available to inmates a list of property which inmates are allowed to possess in accordance with department policies relating to personal property.

2. (2) Any inmate who possesses any of the following is guilty of possession of contraband-miscellaneous:

   1. (a) Items which are not allowed.
   2. (b) Items which are required to be listed but are not listed on the inmate’s property list.
   3. (c) Items which do not belong to the inmate, except state property issued to the inmate.
   4. (d) Personally identifiable information relating to any employee or the employee’s close family member or any other person without the authorization of the warden.
