1. (1) Sentence credit determination and appropriate orders shall be in accordance with s. DOC 331.13 in all of the following situations:

   1. (a) When parole or extended supervision is revoked and sentence is credited subject to the provisions of s. DOC 302.25, 302.26, 302.27, or 302.29.
   2. (b) When probation is revoked for a probationer whose sentence was imposed and stayed.
   3. (c) When judgments have been entered prior to May 17, 1978, the effective date of 1977 Act 354 creating s. 973.155, Stats.
2. (2) In situations not covered by sub. (1) the sentencing court shall determine sentence credit.
