Wis. Admin. Code § DI 3.01 – Examination provisions.

(1) An applicant for examination for a certificate as a dietitian shall file an application on a form prescribed by the board and shall submit the fee specified in s. 440.05 (1) (b), Stats.
(2) The board shall adopt the recommended passing score of the examination provider.
