Applicability.

Effective Dec 1, 1998Register November 1998 No. 515Department of Health Services

(1) This chapter applies to the department and to all residential care apartment complexes operating in Wisconsin.
(2) This chapter does not apply to nursing homes, community-based residential facilities or hospitals or to congregate housing or housing for the elderly.
