1. (1) If at any time the department determines that a corporate guardian no longer meets the criteria under this chapter, the department may withdraw its approval upon 30 day written notice to all of the following:

   1. (a) Corporate guardian.
   2. (b) All courts that assigned the corporate guardian’s guardianships.
   3. (c) The ward.
   4. (d) The ward’s family.
   5. (e) Any other interested parties.
   6. (f) The county department designated under s. 55.02, Stats.
2. (2) The corporate guardian shall comply with the provisions in s. DHS 85.08 (2) regarding a corporate guardian closing.
