In this subchapter:

1. (1) “Ambulatory” means the ability to walk without difficulty or help.
2. (2) “Non-ambulatory” means a person who is unable to walk, but who may be mobile with the help of a wheelchair or other mobility devices.
3. (3) “Semi-ambulatory” means a person who is able to walk with difficulty or only with the assistance of an aid such as crutches, cane, or walker.
