Peer recovery coaches must document all peer recovery support services delivered by retaining all of the following records:

(1) Service provider notes.
(2) Documentation of the participant’s progress toward goals and changes to treatment plan.
(3) Discharge summary and any related information.
(4) Any other information that is appropriate for the participant service record.
