Authority and purpose.

This chapter is promulgated under ss. 46.482 (2) and (3), 49.45 (10) and (30j) (b), 49.471 (12), 51.04, 51.61, and 227.11 (2) (a), Stats., to establish certification criteria for reimbursement under the medical assistance program for all of the following:

(1) Peer recovery support services.
(2) Treatment programs for coordination and continuation of care following an overdose.
