1. (1) The clinic shall have and implement a written policy on how the clinic will provide or arrange for the provision of services to address a consumer’s mental health emergency or crisis during hours when its offices are closed, or when staff members are not available to provide outpatient mental health services.

   Note: The phrase “available to provide outpatient mental health services” is defined under s. DHS 35.03 (2).

2. (2) The clinic shall include, in its written policies, the procedures for identifying risk of attempted suicide or risk of harm to self or others.
