Wis. Admin. Code § DHS 31.27 – Grant program overview.

(1) The department shall allocate funds available under ss. 20.435 (5) (ck) and 51.036 (2), Stats., for the development and support of CCFs. The monies to support these programs shall be in the form of grants and shall be awarded based on the criteria set out in this subchapter.
(2) In this subchapter, “GFO” means grant funding opportunity solicited by the department in accordance with this subchapter.
