All FoodShare benefits shall be expunged from the EBT account at the direction of the department if any of the following occur:

1. (1) Benefits have not been accessed by the household for a period of 274 days.
2. (3) A one-person FoodShare group is denied due to death of the recipient.
3. (4) The FoodShare group loses its rights to the expunged benefits as stated in 7 CFR 274.2 (i).
