This chapter is promulgated under the authority of s. 255.05, Stats., for the purpose of establishing criteria and procedures for the award of annual project grants from the appropriation under s. 20.435 (1) (cc), Stats., to institutions, nonprofit corporations, public agencies, and individuals operating or proposing to operate projects aimed at cancer control and prevention.
