For MA certification under s. 49.45 (30j), Stats., a provider agency shall be certified to operate as one of the following:
(1) A substance use overdose treatment program under subch. III of ch. DHS 72.
(2) A service under ch. DHS 34, 35, 36, 63, 75, or 124, that also provides peer services that meet all requirements described in subch. II of ch. DHS 72, in conjunction with treatment services.
