1. (1) The department may impose a sanction or penalty as provided in s. 48.715, Stats.

2. (2) If requested by the department, a licensee that is cited for noncompliance with this chapter or ch. 48, Stats., shall submit a plan of correction on the form prescribed by the department by the specified date.
