Department of Children and Families
(1)
Each resident shall be given a regular base amount of spending money appropriate to their age and developmental level.
(2)
A resident’s base amount of spending money may not be withheld as a disciplinary action.
(3)
A resident shall have access to any monies from employment, gifts, or allowance upon discharge.
